We try to upload new templates at least once a month.

At this time, we probably won't be uploading any new templates until 2021, after the holiday season.

No, you can not share our templates or your account with anyone. They must purchase a template directly from us and have their own account.

We monitor accounts and downloads, if we notice multiple downloads of a single product you will either be sent a warning or your account will automatically be disabled. No refunds of any kind will be given.

We are human, we are a limited number of people, and we have a family - this is a family business. We have set hours that we reply, if we didn't we'd spend all day and night responding to people. Occasionally, you will get an immediate reply, but do not rely on this.

We try to respond within 72 business hours to legit contacts (if you are contacting us for reasons not pertaining to our site, solicitation of any kind, or any other random reason we will not be responding at all). Normally, all replies from us are sent in between 7am - 11am EST Monday - Friday.

A lot of questions we get can be answered by READING the ENTIRE listing description, faq page, one of the pages from the policies + licenses page, or the relevant page pertaining to the question being asked.
