No, you can not share our templates or your account with anyone. They must purchase a template directly from us and have their own account. We monitor accounts and downloads, if we notice multiple downloads of a single product you will either be sent a warning or your account will automatically be disabled. No refunds of any kind will be given.

We are human, we are a limited number of people, and we have a family - this is a family business. We have set hours that we reply, if we didn't we'd spend all day and night responding to people. Occasionally, you will get an immediate reply, but do not rely on this. We try to respond within 72 business hours to legit contacts (if you are contacting us for reasons not pertaining to our site, solicitation of any kind, or any other random reason we will not be responding at all). Normally, all replies from us are sent in between 7am - 11am EST Monday - Friday. To open anything within a .ZIP folder you must first unzip the folder, this can vary depending on your computer. You are responsible for knowing how to unzip .ZIP folders on your computer. Most of the time you can simply right-click on the zipped fold and click unzip.

Yes, but you will have to have the knowledge on Microsoft Word on how to resize, move, and use text boxes. If you plan on selling your design, you must also have the knowledge to make the document a flat and non-layered file, usch as a .PDF.

The SKU is under the template title on the template page. If a template does not have one available it means you can not purchase a commercial license for it. All templates will have a SKU. The only time a SKU may not be available will be on bundles.

We are absolutely sorry for that, but we expect all of our customers to read the entire description and know what software is needed (and have the knowledge to use said software). No refund will be given for this.

If you are using online editors to sell your digital products, you can use our templates on them with conditions... You must have a commercial license from us. You cannot use them as blank templates, ever, in any way. They MUST be used with a design of yours, meaning you cannot offer people the option to create their own design using the program with our blank templates. You must have a set/flat design, background, clipart, etc.. They cannot have an option to move objects around on our template in the editor in any way. They must only be able to save as a flattened JPG image. (no other file type)

We cannot answer this, we suggest that you don't because we made it with Adobe Photoshop specifically to be used with the same program. We've heard from some clients that they were able to use different software to edit.

When you purchase any of our templates you automatically get a personal use license, which will allow you to create designs for yourself. You may not share or sell the designs printed or digitally.

You do not have to give credit if a No Credit License (add-on) is purchased with this license. You can use the single template to create any amount of designs that you would like, but once the template has sold 500 times you are required to purchase a new license. We have three options to get you started: ♥ Single Template License + 500 lifetime sales for one template. ♥ Three Templates License + 500 lifetime sales for three templates. ♥ Lifetime Template License + 500 lifetime sales per template. Example: You get the Single Template License. You made 5 different designs using the ONE water bottle wraps template sheet. You have sold design one 20 times, design two 5 times, design three 10 times, design four 15 times, and design five 50 times. You have used the template in 100 sales, meaning you have 400 lifetime sales left. You only have 50 lifetime sales left to use before you need to purchase a new upgraded commercial license - the Limited Commercial Use License is the step above the Starter Commercial Use License. You can use the single template to create any amount of designs that you would like, but once the template has sold 1000 times you are required to purchase a new license. The limited commercial use license is just a basic upgraded license. We have three options to get you started: ♥ Single Template License + 1000 lifetime sales for one template. ♥ Three Templates License + 1000 lifetime sales for three templates. ♥ Lifetime Template License + 1000 lifetime sales per template. Example: You get the Single Template License. You made 5 different designs using the ONE water bottle wraps template sheet. You have sold design one 200 times, design two 500 times, design three 100 times, design four 20 times, and design five 50 times. You have used the template in 870 sales total, meaning you have 130 lifetime sales left. Once your lifetime sales are out you need to purchase a new upgraded extendeded license - the Extended Commercial Use License is the step above the Limited Commercial Use License. You cannot purchase the same license for the same template you have already purchased it for. You must upgrade to a new license.

Per template means per template sku code. Some templates you purchase come with more than one template inside. So when you purchase a license and you must tell us which template you will be using the license with you need to find the sku (in pink under the title of the template on the product page) to give to us. The license will only be valid for that sku. If you purchase a template that has more than one template inside you must use the template is used for the template as a whole. Example: You purchase the Christmas Planner Big PowerPoint Template, the SKU for that is: pptx10117 , but that specific template comes with 24 slides/pages. You purchase the Single Template Starter Commercial License (500 lifetime sales for one template), say you want to break the Christmas Planner Big PowerPoint Template apart and use different slides/pages for different listings for your designs. You cannot design slide/page 5 of that template (sku: pptx10117) and sell it 500 times and then turn around and design slide/page 12 of that same template (sku: pptx10117) and sell it 500 times. You could design slide/page 5 of that template (sku: pptx10117) and sell it 100 times and then turn around and design slide/page 12 of that same template (sku: pptx10117) and sell it 400 times. Together that'd make 500 lifetime sales. You would not be able to design and sell any more slides/pages from that template (sku: pptx10117). Therefore, commercial use license are permitted per template sku, NOT per template page/slide.
