  • How do I UnZip a Zip Folder?
    To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
  • I downloaded my files, but when I open them, nothing is there or it won't allow me to open the files?
    To be able to use any files with a Zip folder, you must UnZip the folder first. To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
  • Can I cancel my order after I placed it?
    Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of the item being a digital download and being accessible after purchase we cannot accept cancellations, returns, nor exchanges. All sales are final. Physical Products (transfer prints and blanks): You can request to cancel your order up to ONE HOUR after purchase. After the one hour we are unable to cancel.
  • How do I make my profile public/private?
    Your can choose to keep your member profile private, or make it public: Private profile: Details are only visible to you; other members cannot see your information.   • What other information do I need to know about your cookie cutter files?
    + You will need a 3d printer and filament. + You will need a slicer or 3d printing software that opens .STL files. + You will need the knowledge on how to 3d print. + We suggest not resizing the files due to it could cause print complications. + Most files have been tested on daVinci mini 3d Printer - due to the fact all printers/filaments are different we do not provide printer settings or offer guidance on printing files with your specific printer/filament, it may take a few trial and error trys to get your printer/filament settings.
  • What can I and can I not do with your cutter files?
    + You may sell the physical products you make, but you may NOT sell or share our files in any way. + You may NOT alter, edit, or modify the file nor create a new design from the file to share or sell in any way. + You may NOT use our files on any type of print on demand websites, that is considered sharing. +You may NOT turn or convert any of the files into a new file type (i.e. STL to OBJ) to share or sell. + You may NOT give the file to someone else to print for you, that is considered sharing. + You and only you may print and use the design listed. + You may NOT use our images/mockups in your store or for any other reason. + You may NOT mass produce. + For personal and small business use only.
  • The cutter files are not the correct sizes as the file name states?
    Sometimes when we are creating and testing a bunch of files at one time, things get mixed up a little, and from time to time we may accidentally name the files with the incorrect size. Often times all of the correct sizes are there, just not named correctly. If this happens, please contact us so that we can correct the issue. We absolutely apologize for this, but try to remember we are human and we make mistakes.
  • What other information do I need to know about your sublimation design files?
    + You will need a sublimation printer or similar, sublimation gear and/or products. + You will need a software that opens .JPG or .PNG files. + We suggest not resizing the files very much or it could cause distorted prints. + Colors may vary from online to your actual printed product. Your computer and monitor can greatly affect how colors appear online and the printing process can also affect the final printed colors.. + We do not guarantee print quality. + We do not provide print settings. + We are not instructors and do not provide instructions on how to use files, software, nor printers in general.
